Not all heat presses are the same. We highly reccomend testing prior to production.

Heat Press Settings

100% Cotton & 50/50 blends

• 260-280F @12-15 seconds cover with transfer sheet (silicone sheet or finishing paper)
• Warm or cold peel
• 2nd cover press 260-280F @5-6 seconds with cotton sheet or fabric for matte finish

100% Polyester

• 240-260F @8-12 seconds with transfer sheet (silicone sheet or finishing paper)
• Warm or Cold Peel
• Cover press 240-260F @5-6 seconds with cotton sheet or fabric

(Unless you want glossy finish use finishing paper instead of cotton sheet)
TIP: Teflon will give the print a glossy finish along with more hand. A cotton sheet will help absorb moisture
and give a softer hand.

Washing Instructions

• For best results please follow the washing instructions below. If you are working with a garment that shrinks excessively you may see the finished print “wrinkle”. The garment may shrink but the ink will not, which creates wrinkles. This is all due to excessive heat in the washing process.
• DO NOT dry poly garments on high heat as the dyes continue to out gas and can discolor the print.
• Machine wash with cold water, normal wash cycle
• Tumble dry low heat, normal dry cycle

• All file types accepted, vector files are always preferred, raster art should be at least 300 dpi.
• We Strongly recommend PNG format files with a transparent background.
